Terrible experience. I came here after seeing their ad about eye inspection. Before going, I asked on WhatsApp if the inspection was free. They said it costs RM250, but currently “promotion” is RM100, which will be waived if I decide to make glasses.
After the inspection, I decided to make glasses, until they quoted me over RM5,000 just for lenses, excluding frame. Way out of budget. I told them I’d just pay the RM100 inspection fee and asked for the report. Shockingly, they wanted another RM100 just to print the report. So what exactly did I pay the first RM100 for? This should have been made clear upfront, otherwise it feels like a scam.
When I requested my current eye power, they only gave me the old prescription taken from my existing glasses, not the updated results they just measured. It felt as though the information was being withheld, perhaps to discourage me from ordering lenses elsewhere.
In the end, I went to another optometrist and got my glasses done for less than half their lens price, with quality lenses and a branded frame included.
This shop feels like it’s preying on Cyberjaya’s well-to-do community with overpriced packages and hidden charges. Honestly, very disappointing and untrustworthy. Transparency and professionalism are essential in healthcare services, and unfortunately, this shop fell short.
